1. Not medical advice

Wondara provides research records, evidence summaries and reviewed updates for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified clinician who knows your situation.

• Do not start, stop or change any treatment, medication, supplement or diet based on Wondara. Talk to a qualified health professional first.
• Wondara does not provide dosing, protocols, reconstitution or sourcing information, and does not sell or endorse any product or vendor.
• Research can be incomplete, preliminary, contradicted or wrong, and our assessments can change. "Attention" or "trending" labels describe public interest, not evidence of safety or effectiveness.
• Community experience reports are personal accounts, not scientific evidence.
• If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account or request Watch emails. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because sign-in links are sent there. Tell us at hello@wondara.org if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit unlawful, misleading, harassing or infringing content, or personal health information about others;
• promote, sell or source products, or post dosing or protocol instructions;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service except as allowed by robots.txt, or interfere with its security or operation;
• impersonate anyone, or use the Service to send spam;
• use the Service in violation of any law.

We may remove content, limit access or close accounts that break these Terms.

4. Our content and yours

The Service, including its text, assessments, design and software, is owned by Wondara or its licensors. You may view and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Linked research belongs to its publishers and is subject to their terms.

If you send us feedback, corrections or other submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to operate and improve the Service. You confirm you have the right to send them.

5. Third-party links and services

The Service links to journals, registries and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

6. Emails

We send transactional emails you request (confirmations, sign-in links, Watch alerts). You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time. We do not send marketing email without your separate consent.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WONDARA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRIBUTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY HEALTH DECISION YOU MAKE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wondara against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue any part of the Service. We will post changes to these Terms here with a new version date and, for material changes, email account holders. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by writing to privacy@wondara.org.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Wondara's operator is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
